Mission Statement
The mission of the McFetridge Hockey Association is to provide a youth hockey program, which emphasizes the development of the whole player creating life-long enthusiasts of the game of Hockey. Focusing on sportsmanship, leadership, and self-discipline will foster a sense of self, team and sport.
Sportsmanship will be developed by emphasizing respect for self, others and the sport of hockey. To ensure a rewarding and enjoyable experience for all participants, athletes will be expected to conduct themselves with integrity, gracefully accepting successes and disappointments.
Providing strong role models and an environment in which a high-level of enthusiasm, commitment, and self-discipline are the norm will foster leadership.
